The appendices compress the fieldwork into reference forms. They do not replace the reasoning developed in the chapters. A completed form can preserve what a pilot knew; it cannot make the underlying Observation broader or newer.

The sequence can occupy seconds or an entire expedition. Its value lies in closing the loop after action.
Handoff Record
Use the smallest report that lets the next pilot reconstruct the decision. Remove fields that do not matter to the operation; do not remove uncertainty because the report looks unfinished.

A handoff is complete when its receiver can tell which claim came from where, how old it is and what would make the planned movement stop.
Return Audit
Read a return route as a set of current claims before depending on it.
- Confirm the defined
Home, not merely the direction remembered outbound. - Trace every expected edge from the current system to Home.
- Match each edge to a usable endpoint Bookmark.
- Preserve the latest Connection state, Source and Timestamp.
- Separate personal Polarization from Session Change and mass condition.
- Identify the oldest critical Observation.
- Name the first missing or Unverified relationship.
- Decide which failure requires a pause, help or a replacement route.
At each transit, test only the next edge. After arrival, preserve the endpoint, compare the system with the expected node and update the Shared Map from what the crossing actually established.
After reaching Home, retire failed edges, keep unresolved disagreement visible and record the route that was used rather than the route that was planned.
